Making a Wooden Kitchen Utensil Holder

Making a Wooden Kitchen Utensil Holder

Since moving to Texas, it's been non-stop setting up shop.

I wasn't able to BUILD anything for months on end because so much work was needed for me to outfit a garage into a functioning woodshop.

The moment the table saw was set up, I got to work and created a simple kitchen utensil holder/organizer.

From the moment I learned how to work with wood, I've always built my own utensil holders for drawers.  I've always hated the ones that you buy from the store because they never fit your drawer the way you need them to and they only accommodate the sizes that THEY think MOST people will have.  Building my own makes it so my items and movements within a kitchen can go the way I want it to go.

While I'd love to make these for people, it's an item that requires a lot of measuring and consideration of the utensils you will want to use as well as the flow of movement you'll want to have.  It would be difficult to actually make this item to custom fit a drawer unless I am the one to measure the drawers AND the utensils to make sure everything fits properly.

It is not the ideal item to custom build without my actually needing to physically be on site, but if you really want some wooden drawer organizers tailored to your home, feel free to send me an e-mail or reach out through the contact form and we can see if we can work something out.
